About Me

Consultant, facilitator, speaker, coach and learning design specialist.  

Also an avid global traveler, lover of lifelong learning and growth, and passionate about the importance of individual voice and expression. I believe in celebrating the whole human, and community. I’ve been successfully facilitating individual, group learning and transformation for 15+ years. I hold an Interdisciplinary Master's degree in Folklore, Anthropology and Arts Administration. My coaching certification is through the International Coach Academy. I've received specialized training in group facilitation, nonviolent communication, Facilitating Career Development Instruction (NCDA), Cognitive Behavioral Group Facilitation and Trauma Informed Care through Trauma Informed Oregon.
